Food & Beverage Manager

General Purpose:
Manages daily functions of various Food and Beverage facets including but not limited to guest satisfaction and customer service, personnel, menu mix, ordering, vendor preference, food production, inventory, and catering functionsEssential Duties:
oSupervises inventories of materials and supplies for the outletMaintains par levels based on facility needsoMaintains regular communication with Director of Golf and Head Professional to ensure operational objectives are being metCoordinates all group events through the Golf Tournament CoordinatoroInspects facility regularly to ascertain any maintenance, repairs or clean-up needsEnsures all equipment is in proper working order, to include beverage cartsoCompletes reports on production and necessary requisitionsControls the distribution of necessary suppliesoAdministers menu design, product pricing, ordering, inventory control procedures, and end of month inventoryoEnsures sanitation standards are consistently metoCoordinates menu planning with Executive ChefoResponsible for interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, and directing work, evaluating performance, rewarding, and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problemsoManages department members that may include, but is not limited to:
Snack Bar, Beverage Cart, ServeroAssures that effective orientation and training are given to each new associateDevelops ongoing training programsoMonitors business volume forecast and plans accordingly in areas of manpower, productivity, costs and other expensesoRegular and reliable attendanceoIncorporates safe work practices in job performanceEducation/
Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experiencePhysical Demands:
Frequently stands, walks, talks or hearsOccasionally sits, uses hands, reaches with arms and hands, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches or crawlsRegularly tastes or smellsRegularly lifts up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 poundsEnvironment/Noise:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
