Job Overview:
The Front Desk Manager role is integral to maintaining the high standard of guest service for which Black Desert Resort is renowned.
The Front Desk Manager will be responsible for overseeing all front desk operations, ensuring that each guest is addressed by name and provided with personalized and exceptional service.

Job Responsibilities but not limited to:
Lead and manage all aspects of the front office department, ensuring all guests receive a high level of service that is consistent with the standards of Black Desert Resort.
Train and mentor front office staff in all operational procedures, emphasizing the importance of addressing each customer by name to personalize the guest experience.
Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring they are efficient and meet the resort's high standards of service.
Handle guest reservations, inquiries, and any complaints or issues, ensuring they are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for guests, maintaining communication and coordination at all times.
Implement and maintain front office policies and procedures.
Monitor and manage room inventory and rates to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Ensure that the front desk is staffed appropriately at all times, creating schedules and overseeing staff training and development.
Regularly review and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
Proven ability to manage operating and labor cost to budget Maintain a professional and high-quality front office environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of front office management experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
Exceptional leadership and customer service skills, with a focus on personalizing guest experiences.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff.
Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Compensation Range:
The compensation for this position is $65,000.
